Our minshuku basically runs as a bed and breakfast offering a traditional style but fully vegan cooked breakfast. We have a fully licenced restaurant kitchen and have an approved bed capacity of up to 12 (four 6-tatami rooms (up to 2 people) and one 8-tatami room (family size room)). The rooms are all traditional tatami floor and futon bedding. Each has an ensuite. All personal care products are vegan also. We also have a modern common/dining room for our guest to socialise and eat in.

Ski Chalets
We are a recently renovated and opened lodge and gyoza/sake bar in the Japow heaven of Myoko Kogen, Japan. Our lodge is clean and comfortable all year round for skiing, boarding and snowshoeing in winter, to hiking, biking, golfing and paddling during the green season. We also have an onsite gyoza and sake bar, selling Akiko's delicious homemade gyoza, desserts and other specials (vegan options available) and a selection of nihonshu (and other drinks), with an emphasis on Niigata Prefecture's famous history and expertise in all things sake.
